Merry Monday! Got loads of exciting things to tell you about from this week so let’s get started! As Christmas is only a touching distance away, it’s been a mad couple of weeks, loads to do in such little time, and usually means that there’s not much musical activity going on. This year however I’ve been busy all year, even now in the last stretch to Christmas! On Saturday & Sunday I went up to Old Colwyn to play their Christmas Market! It’s the first one for the town, and was so great to be a part of it! There was a great selection of stalls, and though the weather didn’t help, everyone still got into the Christmas spirit! I was lucky enough to play on the Saturday and The Sunday, and was a pleasure to do so! I came prepared on Sunday with gloves, as my hands were turning blue from the Saturday which doesn’t exactly help with the performance! Never the less, was a brilliant event to be a part of! It was supposed to be my last event of the year, but am I really happy to be going back to The Cove in Bangor for the 3rd time! It’s a great opportunity to be playing so regularly in a really local venue! It’s a great place for people to hear the new songs, and get a first taste for the new project! Speaking of gigs, I’ve got some really exciting events coming up in the new year, the first of which is for “Independent Venue Week” on January 31st, a brilliant festival that will be happening all over the place, supporting independent venues and artists, bringing people together for some brilliant events! I’ll be supporting John Adams in The Pavillion in Llandrindod Wells on January 31st, and tickets are now available! Be sure to come out! I’ve been playing so many new songs in my set recently, transitioning from my last EP to the new one, which is a really exciting thing! I still play a lot of the older stuff, just mixed in with the new songs I’m so excited about! Hear it for yourself at my next show at The Cove on Thursday! Its now week 20 of “20 Weeks Of Lost Like Alice”, giving you more insight into the world of Lost Like Alice! It’s been really fun to do, and will start a new project with the blog from next week!
